In case you have a problem regarding the use of any of our devices, feel free to contact us via our support hotline or mail:

Please remember we are based in Europe, so phone support is only viable Monday to Friday, 9:00 am - 6:00 pm (CET).

  Describe your problem

Please be as precise as possible when describing your problem.

  • What exactly happened / is wrong? (send a screenshot if possible)
  • Which device are you using? (i.e. Q1 camera system, Q4/5 laser system)
  • Send us the hardware ID. You find this on a grey sticker placed on the platform.

  Using the Teamviewer support tool

Smartfit devices have a pre-installed support tool named Teamviewer. We can use this tool to log into your system for troubleshooting and fixing your problem. This cannot be done without your authorization. Our team will ask for your Teamviewer ID and password to log into your system. You can already send us ID and password with your request-mail. We can then log-in without you standing next to the machine.

TeamViewer will automatically start when you boot your system. This window shows your ID and password.

If you closed the TeamViewer app, you can also find it on the desktop of your system.
